These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of this website, including browsing products, using the cart, placing orders, making payments, using voucher codes, contacting us, and accessing any content or services provided by LW Parfume.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or complete a purchase.

We sell fragrance products through this website and may also direct customers to official marketplace or social media channels.

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase transaction and providing accurate customer, payment, and delivery information.

If you purchase on behalf of another person, business, or recipient, you confirm that you have authority to provide their delivery and contact details and to accept these Terms on their behalf.

We try to display product descriptions, fragrance notes, images, sizes, prices, stock, and availability as accurately as possible. Minor variations may occur due to screen settings, batch differences, packaging updates, or product photography.

Fragrance perception is personal and may vary by body chemistry, environment, storage, and usage. Product descriptions are subjective and do not guarantee that every customer will experience a scent in the same way.

Unless explicitly stated, our products are not medicines, medical treatments, or therapeutic products and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition.

Perfume products may contain fragrance oils, alcohol, and other ingredients that can irritate sensitive skin or trigger allergies. Use products only as intended and avoid contact with eyes, wounds, irritated skin, flames, and children.

We recommend testing a small amount before regular use. Stop using the product if irritation occurs. Customers with allergies, pregnancy-related sensitivities, medical conditions, or special concerns should review ingredients where available and seek professional advice before use.

You are responsible for checking whether a product is suitable for your personal use before purchasing.

Prices may be displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), United States Dollars (USD), or another supported currency view. Currency conversion shown on the website may be approximate and for convenience only.

The amount payable at checkout, including product subtotal, discounts, voucher deductions, shipping cost, and any applicable fees, will be shown before payment is completed.

We may update prices, discounts, stock, product details, and promotions at any time before an order is accepted. If a price or listing error occurs, we may cancel or adjust the affected order after contacting you.

An order is submitted when you complete checkout and provide the required customer, delivery, product, shipping, and payment information.

Order submission does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject, cancel, or limit an order if stock is unavailable, payment fails, customer details are incomplete, fraud is suspected, delivery is not available, pricing is incorrect, or the order violates these Terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your name, email, phone number, delivery address, selected products, selected variants, quantity, and courier choice are accurate before payment.

Online payments are processed through Midtrans Snap or another payment provider we support. Available payment methods may include bank transfer, cards, e-wallets, QR payments, convenience store payments, or other channels depending on the provider and your location.

Payment provider availability, payment instructions, fees, fraud checks, settlement timing, and payment expiry are controlled by the payment provider and relevant financial institutions.

Unpaid Midtrans payment sessions may expire automatically. The current checkout flow may set payment expiry to approximately 2 hours. If payment expires, you may need to place a new order.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by banks, e-wallet providers, payment gateways, network issues, incorrect payment details, or third-party payment system downtime.

Voucher codes, product discounts, and promotions are subject to their displayed rules, validity period, quota, minimum spend, and other conditions.

Voucher codes may be limited, may expire, may be non-transferable, and may not be redeemable for cash. The checkout system may prevent vouchers from being combined with already discounted items.

We may cancel or refuse a voucher if it is expired, invalid, misused, duplicated, obtained improperly, affected by a technical error, or used in a way that violates the promotion rules.

Shipping options and costs may be calculated through RajaOngkir or related logistics services using the origin point, destination, courier, package weight, and selected service.

Available couriers may include JNE, SiCepat, J&T, or other courier services depending on destination and availability. Courier names, services, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided by third-party logistics data and may change.

We prepare orders with reasonable care, but delivery timing may be affected by courier capacity, weather, holidays, address issues, failed contact attempts, remote areas, payment delays, security checks, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for providing a complete and reachable delivery address and phone number. Additional shipping fees may apply if an address is wrong, incomplete, changed after dispatch, or if a package is returned to us.

Risk of delay, loss, or damage may depend on courier handling and applicable courier terms once the package has been handed to the courier. We will help customers with reasonable courier follow-up where possible.

If a package is marked delivered by the courier but you did not receive it, contact us promptly so we can review available shipment information. Resolution may depend on courier investigation results.

Because perfume is a personal-use product, returns are accepted only where required by law or where the product is wrong, damaged on arrival, defective, or materially different from the confirmed order.

To request help, contact us within 3 days after receiving the product with your order ID, photos or videos of the issue, packaging condition, shipping label, and a clear explanation.

Products must be unused, unopened where possible, and returned with original packaging unless the issue cannot be inspected without opening. We may refuse returns for change of mind, scent preference, opened or used products, improper storage, customer-caused damage, or issues reported too late.

If a claim is approved, we may offer replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on stock, the issue, payment method, and applicable law. Shipping fees may be non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

You may request cancellation before the order is processed or dispatched. Once payment is confirmed, stock is allocated, or shipment is arranged, cancellation may no longer be available.

We may cancel an order if payment is not completed, stock is unavailable, delivery is impossible, fraud is suspected, customer details cannot be verified, or a system or pricing error occurs.

Customers generally do not need a public account to browse or checkout. Restricted management areas are for authorized personnel only.

Unauthorized access, attempted login, bypassing security checks, scraping administrative data, tampering with orders, or interfering with the website is prohibited.

You must not misuse the website, disrupt its operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer security features, abuse vouchers, place fraudulent orders, upload malicious content, or use the website for unlawful purposes.

We may block, restrict, cancel, or investigate activity that appears abusive, fraudulent, harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

The LW Parfume name, Listriyana Wijayanti Collection branding, logos, product names, product descriptions, images, visual design, text, software, and website content are owned by us or our licensors unless stated otherwise.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, redistribute, or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without written permission.

This website may link to or integrate with third-party platforms, including payment providers, shipping services, marketplaces, social media, hosting services, and security providers.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, policies, availability, content, fees, delays, errors, or decisions. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LW Parfume is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the website, product delays, third-party service failures, or inability to use the website.

Our total liability for a confirmed purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product or order, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We are not responsible for failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fires, floods, pandemics, strikes, courier disruption, payment network failures, internet outages, government actions, war, civil unrest, supply shortages, or major technical incidents.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share personal information. By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without excluding mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you.

If a dispute occurs, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it through customer support. If it cannot be resolved informally, the dispute may be handled through the competent courts or legally available dispute resolution channels in Indonesia.
